Spa Etiquette

• For Salon services please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. During this time we may ask you to fill out an information card and inform us of any medications or allergies you may have.
• For Spa services please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. During this time you will be escorted to our new locker facility and waiting area.
• Respect our other guests. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and unique experience. Please be courteous to others rights to a quiet and calming environment.
• Cell phone must be turned off before you enter into our spa.
• No children under the age of 16 will be permitted in our spa. Young adults 16 – 17 may have services in our spa area with parental supervision.
• In our salon we do not provide a child safe environment. Respectfully, we ask that you make other arrangements for any children under the age of 12 (unless they will be receiving services).
• Gratuities are not included in our services or package pricing and are given at your discretion (15 to 20% is customary). We gladly accept gratuities via debit card, check, or cash.
• We ask for the courtesy of a 24 hour notification if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
